Bao Baby Bao is a collaboration of
American chef Robert Aylwin
and Chinese chef Yolanda Chen, a form of fusion that is traditional but bold and, comforting but dangerous. Rob and Yolanda have been working together since 2015. The two have since become business partners and friends. Yolanda represents the tradition and Rob brought the bold ideas and together they created the Yin and Yang that is
Bao Baby Bao.
